What we answer quickly

Corrections. Fastest of all. If something here is wrong, point at the sentence and we will check it. Our Corrections Policy explains what happens next.

A calculator that looks wrong. Send the birth date, time and place you entered along with the result you got. Reproducing it is most of the fix, and an astronomical error is worth catching properly.

Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of your personal data, handled within 30 days under the Privacy Policy.

What we cannot do

We do not give personal readings, and we do not interpret individual charts by email. zodiacdivine.com publishes reference material and calculators so that you can read your own chart; it is not a consultancy. Nor can we advise on health, money or legal matters — see the Medical and Financial disclaimers.

Response time

Usually two to three working days. Privacy requests are answered inside the 30-day window the policy commits to, and normally well before it.
