Terms of Service

Agreeing to this

Using zodiacdivine.com means accepting the terms on this page. If some part of it does not suit you, the remedy is simply not to use the site.

What this site is for

zodiacdivine.com publishes astrological, numerological and symbolic material, together with calculators that compute real astronomical positions. All of it is offered for interest and entertainment. None of it is professional advice, and the Disclaimer sets out what that means in practice.

Who owns what is here

The articles, the artwork, the calculator code and the layout belong to zodiacdivine.com or to whoever licensed them to us, and copyright law protects them. Read them, quote a short passage with a link back, share a page — all fine. Republishing articles wholesale, or lifting the artwork or code into another project, is not.

Using the site properly

You agree not to scrape the site by automated means, not to attempt to reach parts of it that are not public, not to interfere with its operation or security, not to use it against any applicable law, and not to reproduce its content as your own. This is the ordinary list, and it is not negotiable.

What you send us

Anything you submit must be yours to submit and must not be unlawful. We may decline to publish, may edit, or may remove submissions, and we are not required to explain the decision.

Links to elsewhere

Outbound links are provided because they are useful. They are not endorsements, and what happens on the other side is outside our control and outside these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up and correct, and we do not guarantee either. It may be unavailable for maintenance, may carry an error, and may change or withdraw a feature without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, zodiacdivine.com is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on anything published here. Content is supplied “as is”, without warranty of any kind.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised. The current version always sits on this page, and continuing to use the site after a revision is how acceptance is expressed.
